We're currently trying to implement a DITA to Confluence wiki workflow using DITA2Go XHTML output. Two of the struggles we are having is that we can't seem to get relationship tables to work, and that Confluence requires one topic per folder.
1. The DITA2Go documentation is unclear about if, how, and where to implement PI and the Alinks column in the reltable. Looking at the demo suite, it appears that neither of these options are included in the DITAMap or topics, and the related links come out OK. I've attempted to use the UseRelNameColumn=No to no avail.
2. Is it possible for DITA2Go to output files to a folder structure? For example, Confluence likes a folder/file structure like the following:
